• Think of a person(s) you struggle to forgive. Do you find yourself holding onto unforgiveness?
• Talk to God honestly about someone you are struggling to forgive. As you pray, ask the Holy Spirit to have full influence on you as you try to forgive that person. Write down your prayer so that you can refer back to it regularly.
• We learn from the Bible that the Holy Spirit is not a vague idea but an actual person, just like Jesus is an actual person. In fact, they are one. How might having this person living in us impact our ability to forgive?
