The Holy Spirit is another like Jesus in character and behaviour but with a different role. The person of the Holy Spirit is very active from the beginning, right through until God takes us to heaven.

  • As you look at what you are facing this week, where are some immediate areas where the Holy Spirit needs to be at work in you?
  • Why do you think God gave us the Holy Spirit rather than just have us work at doing the right things?
  • In a Bible, read Galatians 5:22-23. It is a list of fruits (outcomes) of the Holy Spirit at work in us. What one fruit stands out to you today as a place the Holy Spirit needs to work in you? Talk to God now and ask the Holy Spirit to begin developing that fruit.
